At Warrior Welders Ltd, we service and repair all makes of MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters and generators; including Butters, Miller, Kemppi, Eland, TPS Fronius, Esab, Murex, Lincoln, Thermal Arc, Migatronic, Cebora and Hobart.
Welding Equipment Repairs and Servicing
We have a highly experienced team dedicated to ensuring that repairs to your MIG and TIG welding machines are carried out to the highest standard and we recognise the financial importance of a fast turnaround for our customers. We can repair machines on-site but we prefer to supply a loan machine and carry-out repairs in our own workshop where we carry a large and comprehensive stock of spares. We carry a stock of spare machines especially for customer hire. Please enquire about hiring a loan machine whilst yours is being serviced. We are also authorised to carry out JASIC warranty repairs.
We also stock a large range of MIG and TIG welding accessories; including spare parts, exchange circuit boards, wire feed units, rectifiers, transformers, torches and torch consumables.
Welding Equipment Calibration
When booking your annual service, you can request the calibration of your welding equipment. We can also calibrate machines on-site. All calibrations are completed by certified engineers and carried out using national standards, compliant with our quality systems in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Every customer is issued with a service certificate for each welding machine, cataloguing every part of the equipment subjected to inspection.

Generator Repair
At Warrior Welders Ltd, as well as servicing and repairing our own Bison diesel generators, we offer a comprehensive service for all third party models generators. Warranty on Bison generators is effective for one year, or the first 1000 hours of use, beginning on the date of purchase.
Plasma Cutter Repair
Our workshop has the capability to fix all makes and models of plasma cutting machines quickly & efficiently. Each machine is fully tested following repair and service and signed off by one of our engineers.
Parweld Machine Servicing
Warrior Welders Ltd is an authorised UK distributor for Parweld, offering access to a full range of machines, torches and consumables. For Parweld machines bought through us, we can send your equipment directly to the original manufacturer for servicing. By handling the service through Parweld’s authorised facilities, we guarantee reliable, manufacturer-backed maintenance that keeps your welding equipment performing at its best. Contact us to arrange supply or service of your Parweld equipment.
Annual Gas Checks
With gas welding safety paramount, investing in a regime of gas equipment inspection and testing is a must. All gas inspections and tests are completed by our certified engineers who will inspect and leak test your gas hoses, regulators, flashback arrestors and gas torches to ensure they are in safe condition.
INCLUDED IN YOUR WARRIOR MACHINE SERVICE:
- Full strip down and an interior and exterior clean
- Mains plug check and mains cable test
- Pressure test and regulator check
- Gas hose and solenoid valve check
- Electrical insulation and connections test
- Fan clean
- Heat transfer thermal membrane replaced, if needed
- Torch service
- Machine rebalance
- Set up and test
- Calibration available on request (for an additional charge)
ADDITIONAL STEPS FOR WARRIOR MIG WELDER SERVICE:
- Spool hub strip down and clean
- Wire feed strip down and clean
- Inlet and outlet guide tubes replaced
- Drive rollers clean

- Strip down, where necessary
- Electricals test
- Engine check – oil flush /change, filter change
- Radiator check, where applicable
- Alternator check – grease bearings, brush check
- Battery check
- Set up and test
