MIG Welder and Plasma Cutter Warranty
5-Year Parts & Labour Warranty
All Warrior Welders MIG Welders and Plasma Cutters come with a 5-year parts and labour warranty, beginning on the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship or materials.
Key Details:
- Warranty Duration: 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: Defects in workmanship or materials.
- Non-Transferable: The original 5-year warranty applies only to the original owner.
- Assessment: Following an initial assessment at our workshop, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under this warranty before any repairs are undertaken.
- Prerequisites: Proper operation according to the operator manual, including observing installation, legal requirements and maintenance instructions.
- Location: The warranty applies to products sold within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- Documentation: The original purchase invoice, or warranty card, is documentation for the standard 5-year warranty period.
- Repair/Replacement: Defective units or components will, at the sole discretion of Warrior Welders Ltd, be repaired or replaced.
Following an initial assessment in our workshop, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under this warranty before any repairs are undertaken. Warrior Welders Ltd reserves the right to amend the warranty conditions at any time with effect for the future.
The warranty will be void if the machine is not used, maintained or installed according to the user manual, including legal requirements and proper servicing guidelines.
This warranty applies only to products purchased new from an authorised Warrior Welders dealer and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Defective units or components shall be repaired or replaced by Warrior Welders Ltd at their workshop. Warrior Welders Ltd may opt to refund the purchase price (less any costs and depreciation due to use and wear).

If any of these components fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the faulty part or unit at no cost for parts or labour.
What’s Not Covered
Following an initial assessment in our workshop, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under this warranty before any repairs are undertaken.
- Shipping costs to and from our workshop. Exception: If your machine develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the first 3 months of purchase, Warrior Welders Ltd will cover the cost of shipping to and from our workshop.
Consumable items (e.g., contact tips, nozzles, electrodes and shields). - Machines we sell as an authorised third-party dealer (inc. Parweld) are covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
- Torches, which are covered by the torch manufacturer’s own warranty.
- Defects or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear. Your machine requires periodic servicing and replacement of wear parts to maintain optimum performance. This warranty does not cover repairs where normal use has exhausted the service life of a component or the machine as a whole.
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or failure to follow the operator manual.
- Connection to an incorrect or faulty mains supply.
- Overloading during use.
- Any unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Any repairs that are carried out using non-approved spare parts or by any company other than Warrior Welders Ltd.
- Any transport or storage damage.
- Direct or indirect damage as well as any loss of earnings are not covered under the warranty.
- External damage, such as fire or damage due to natural causes (e.g., flooding).
Recommended Servicing
We recommend an annual service to extend the life of your Warrior Welders machine and ensure peak performance.
- Regular servicing is not a condition of the 5-year warranty but it can help reduce the likelihood of issues.
- Typical service cost: £195.00 + VAT (excludes consumables; prices subject to change).
Lifetime Service Warranty (After 5 Years)
After the 5-year warranty ends, you can continue to receive warranty protection with our Lifetime Service Warranty.
With every paid Warrior Welders annual service, if your machine qualifies under our warranty conditions, a new 1-year warranty will be issued upon completion.
To keep your coverage going:
- Contact us to arrange a service.
- Your machine will receive a full inspection and service. If it qualifies under our warranty conditions, a new 1-year warranty will be issued upon completion.
Warranty Repairs & Support
If your machine develops a fault under warranty:
- Get in touch with our team to arrange a diagnostic, repair or replacement.
- We can arrange courier collection and return (shipping fees apply).
- Ask about a loan machine while yours is being serviced.
- Following an initial assessment, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under this warranty before any repairs are undertaken.
Generator Warranty
1-Year Warranty Coverage
All Warrior Welders Bison Generators are covered by a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase, but limited to a maximum of 1,000 operating hours – whichever occurs first.

This warranty will be voided and (or) not apply to parts or labour if your product is deemed to have been misused, neglected, involved in an accident, abused, overloaded beyond the generator’s limits, using dirty fuel and oil, modified, installed or connected incorrectly to any electrical component or used for hire purposes. Normal maintenance is not covered by this warranty.

What’s Covered

- AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator)

If any of these components fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the faulty part or unit at no cost for parts or labour.
Warranty Conditions
- Excludes shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our workshop. Exception: If your machine develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the first 3 months of purchase, Warrior Welders Ltd will cover the cost of shipping to and from our workshop.
- Proof of purchase and maintenance: To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- A photograph of the generator control panel showing the total operating hours.
- Maintenance and service records.
- Proper maintenance: Warranty is valid only if the generator receives preventative maintenance and is serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using recommended fuel/oils where applicable.
Warranty Exclusions
Following an initial assessment in our workshop, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under this warranty before any repairs are undertaken.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear & tear: Your machine requires periodic servicing and replacement of wear parts to maintain optimum performance. This warranty does not cover repairs where normal use has exhausted the service life of a component or the machine as a whole.
- Installation, use, and maintenance issues: Warranty is void if the product has been misused, abused, overloaded, incorrectly installed or modified.
- Cosmetic damage: Includes paint, decals and superficial defects.
- Consumable and accessory items: Such as funnels, spanners, spark plug tubes, stands, wheels and other non-essential parts.
- Electrical components: Other than the main control unit, such as wiring, fuses, switches and connectors.
- Hoses and pipes: Including plastic, rubber, copper or steel components and regulators.
- External factors: Damages caused by acts of God, water ingestion, frost, extreme temperatures or external sources.
- Fuel-related issues: Contaminated, stale or incorrect fuel or improper fuel/oil mixtures.
- Modifications: Any alteration made to the machine, (e.g., exhaust extensions, wiring, filtration systems, etc.).
- Third-party equipment: Damage caused by non-Warrior Welders products.
Repair or Replacement
- At our discretion, we will either repair or provide a like-for-like replacement of any defective units or components covered under warranty.
- We will inform you of any costs outside of the warranty before proceeding with repairs.

International Warranty
The above warranties are only valid for products purchased in the UK. If the product is outside the UK, warranty coverage will apply for shipping to and from a UK address.
Your Legal Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation, which are not affected.
Warrior Welders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption arising from the use of its products. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive, and Warrior Welders Ltd’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
No employee, agent or representative of Warrior Welders Ltd is authorised to modify or extend this warranty or grant any additional warranty on behalf of the company.
