The Warrior Cut 100 Three-Phase Plasma Cutter is a 100 Amp portable inverter plasma cutting system with a 415V three-phase input. Its variable output makes it ideal for cutting metals up to 30mm thickness.
The Warrior Cut 100 Three-Phase Plasma Cutter is extremely user-friendly and offers reliable cutting performance. Variable cutting control allows the operator to produce precise smooth cuts on mild steel and aluminium, as well as mesh and any coated or perforated metal.
Equipped with the latest IGBT inverter power source, the Warrior Cut 100 Three-Phase Plasma Cutter provides infinite power control allowing the output to be tuned to minimise dross on the cut edges. Compressed air @ 70PSI provides low operating costs combined with high-speed performance. Cylinder air can be used as long as it is clean, dry and oil-free and built-in pressure regulators and gas filters ensure correct pressure and flow rate is supplied.

I bought a Cut 100 nearly a year ago. Phil and his excellent team looked at my old plasma and advised me mine was past repair. Once I tried his Cut 100 there was no going back. Recently I took it back for his team to look at because I could get it to work and it turned out to be my fault. They made me a coffee with biscuits and fixed my error without judgement. Made me feel more than welcome. I cannot recommend this company enough. They have a wonderful set up with a great team and a truly perfect product. Thanks.

I’m very impressed. My previous machine was a toy compared. 20mm bucket blade and 10mm plate. Like a knife through butter.

I’ve been looking at plasma cutters for a long time now and I phoned and spoke to Phil and after running through all the information and my requirements we decided on the Cut100. They didn’t have one in stock but within a week of the first phone call they had built me one up and it was ready to be collected. I tried it on some 30mm plate to make sure it was suitable for the work I do which it is more than enough. I was shown how to use the machine and given plenty of tips and tricks to do with the machine. From start to finish, Warrior Welders have been a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable within their line of work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I know this definitely won’t be my last dealings with Warrior Welders.

The Cut 100 is superior to the Thermal Dynamics Mac 50 machine that I had before. As with the Warrior MIG Welder, which I’ve had since 2010, it’s been faultless and a good performer.
