At Warrior Welders, we are committed to dispatching orders quickly and delivering all welding machines and accessories with care and precision. We take pride in securely packaging every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Dispatch Times

• Orders for in-stock items: Please allow 2-3 days build/assembly time before shipment.

• Made-to-order or custom-configured welding machines may require longer lead times. Customers will be contacted with estimated delivery dates where applicable.
• Dispatch notifications and tracking details will be provided via email.

Delivery Methods

• All deliveries are fulfilled via our freight courier, depending on the weight, size, and nature of the item.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once goods are dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise not as expected, we will assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the following terms.

Please note: Parweld machines sold through us are covered by the manufacturer’s own returns and warranty policy and any returns, refund or exchange requests for these products must be handled through our coordination with their support team.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be approved in advance via email before being sent back to us.
• Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-built welding machines or configured units
• Hazardous materials (including gas cylinders or flammable liquids)
• Personal care or hygiene items (where applicable)
• Sale items, clearance stock, and gift cards

Return Process

Exchanges

If you require a different product, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

European Union Customers – Cooling-Off Period

For customers based in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Goods must be returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
