The Warrior Sabre 100 Plasma Cutter with built-in compressor is a 100 Amp non-HF portable inverter plasma cutting system with a 415V three-phase input. Its unique built-in twin piston compressor makes it ideal for on-site work and its variable output is perfect for cutting metals up to 30mm thickness.
There is nothing else like the Warrior Sabre 100A Plasma Cutter on the market. Equipped with a built-in twin piston compressor, there is no need for cylinder gas or a separate power supply. This bespoke design feature maximises performance, boosts production yield, cuts downtime and saves weight and space in your van.
With the latest IGBT solid state inverter, this plasma cutter provides infinite power control allowing the output to be tuned to minimise dross on the cut edges and compressed air @ 70PSI provides low operating costs combined with high-speed performance. The Warrior Sabre 100 Three-Phase Plasma Cutter with built-in twin compressor also offers reliable on-site cutting performance. Variable cutting control allows the operator to produce precise smooth cuts on mild and stainless steel, aluminium, mesh and any coated or perforated metal, as well as Hardox cutting blades.

Chris is absolutely over the moon with the Sabre 100 Plasma Cutter. It came to us on demo and it never went back. I think that speaks for itself. All products can be found on the Warrior Welders Facebook page and their customer service is second to none. You know what they say – you’re only as good as your equipment…
The video shows our Sabre 100 cutting 25mm Hardox – it’s notoriously hard to cut but with this plasma it cuts like butter and not a single cut edge crack!

We have been able to gouge holders out of shredders, saving time and money on gas and gouging rods, as well as cutting and chamfering plate onsite reducing both our consumable costs and our labour costs to our customers.
