Welding Equipment, Plasma Cutter and Generator Repairs and Servicing
Our specialist engineers service, diagnose and repair all makes of MIG welders, TIG welders, plasma cutters and generators. Regular servicing helps maximise performance, reduce downtime and extend the working life of your equipment through comprehensive inspections and preventative maintenance.
If your machine has developed a fault or isn’t performing as expected, we’ll carry out a thorough diagnostic assessment before recommending the most appropriate repair. If you’re unsure whether your equipment is economical to repair, we can provide a clear diagnosis and quotation before any work is undertaken.
Most servicing and repairs are carried out in our fully equipped workshop, where we have comprehensive testing facilities and an extensive stock of genuine replacement parts. On-site repairs may also be available where appropriate, and loan machines can be provided to help minimise disruption to your business.
We also stock a comprehensive range of welding consumables, genuine replacement parts and accessories, together with a wide selection of BOC industrial and shielding gases. As an official BOC distributor, we can supply everything you need to keep your welding operation running smoothly.

Annual Equipment Calibration
Calibration is available as an optional additional service.
All calibrations are completed by qualified engineers using nationally recognised standards and are carried out within our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Every calibrated machine receives a calibration certificate detailing the inspections and testing carried out.
Annual Gas Safety Checks
With gas welding safety paramount, regular gas equipment inspection and testing is essential.
All inspections and tests are carried out by our qualified engineers in accordance with relevant industry standards, including BS EN ISO 2503 where applicable. Our engineers inspect and leak test gas hoses, regulators, flashback arrestors and gas torches to ensure your equipment remains safe and in good working condition.
Parweld Machine Servicing
Warrior Welders is an authorised UK dealer for Parweld, offering access to a full range of machines, torches and consumables.
We can arrange manufacturer-approved servicing for Parweld equipment purchased through us, ensuring your machine is serviced using genuine parts and in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
Warrior Warranty Support
Warrior MIG Welders and Plasma Cutters – 5-Year Parts and Labour Warranty
Every new Warrior MIG Welder and Plasma Cutter purchased from an authorised Warrior Welders dealer is supplied with a comprehensive 5-year parts and labour warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to our Warranty Policy.
Warrior Lifetime Service Warranty
After the original 5-year parts and labour warranty expires, eligible Warrior MIG Welders and Plasma Cutters can continue to receive warranty protection through our Lifetime Service Warranty.
Following each paid annual Warrior Welders service, eligible machines will receive a further 12 months of warranty protection, provided they continue to meet the warranty conditions.
Bison Generators – 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty
All Warrior Welders Bison Generators are covered by a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase, limited to a maximum of 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. The Lifetime Service Warranty does not apply to Bison Generators.
Warranty Assessment
Following an initial assessment at our workshop, we will advise whether the reported fault is covered under the applicable warranty before any repairs are undertaken.
Repair or Replacement
Warrior Welders Ltd will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective components covered under the applicable warranty.
Products supplied by Warrior Welders as an authorised dealer for third-party manufacturers, including Parweld, are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
