The Warrior 350 Single-Phase MIG Welder is possibly the most powerful 240V single-phase inverter MIG welder on the market. It is especially designed for heavy fabrication where only a single phase 240V/32A supply is available. Weighing 32kg, including a 15kg wire spool inside the machine, this welding machine is highly portable making it easy for transporting to site.

The Warrior 350 Single-Phase MIG Welder is fitted with a powerful four roller drive wire feed unit, which can handle both solid and flux cored wires up to 1.6mm diameter. This welding machine is also fitted with reverse polarity for flux cored wire and has a powerful 250A MMA facility, ideal for arc gouging. Our optional Warrior Aluminium MIG Welding Kit enables you to modify your Warrior 350 MIG Welder to start welding aluminium immediately.

Our 350A MIG welder provides stepless adjustable welding voltage and current with excellent welding characteristics, including variable burnback and spatter control. The Warrior 350 Single-Phase MIG Welder will run off either our Bison Mark II 10kVA or Bison Whisper Single-Phase 10kVA Diesel Generator. It is also available as a three-phase machine.

Impressive bit of kit


Received delivery of the welder this morning, thank you. Have run it off our geny and, I must say, that is an impressive bit of kit for a 240V welder. And, after putting it through its paces, it certainly lives up to its name… proper little “WARRIOR”. It ran faultlessly on a 10-hour shift, running 1.2 hardfacing cored wire, until we ran out of wire then ran it on 1.6 wire, which is all we had left. A little tweak with the rollers and it just carried on and on. Would definitely recommend this little gem.

A great team and a truly perfect product


I bought a Cut 100 nearly a year ago. Phil and his excellent team looked at my old plasma and advised me mine was past repair. Once I tried his Cut 100 there was no going back. Recently I took it back for his team to look at because I could get it to work and it turned out to be my fault. They made me a coffee with biscuits and fixed my error without judgement.
